The Pied Vipers

Between odd jobs and the garage studio dregs of the pandemic, a Myers-Briggs +Stratton art studio, repair shop, all while studying the Book of Sherwin Williams….

The Pied Vipers have emerged!
Please meet :
Tony Galfano on violin, and mandolins
Rytas Vilgaylis on various accordions
Dan Newnam on upright bass
Steve Fishman on guitar, vocals and vocal horns.
Dan brings the base. Steve brings the scorecard. Tony brings the hot noodles and Rytas brings the bellows. These four musicians bring a collective experience of 240 musical years…. Translated to dog years that’s a lot!
Their artful intersection is one of old world psychedelic old-time tin pan alley swing jug band swamp folkrock that meets the Marxs Brothers in an old school bowling alley outside Kent Ohio. Collectively pushing the boundaries of their tolerance for a dry sound, reverb, or not, these Pied Vipers continue to create a unique blend of their individual influences.
